1) Engineering Technical Manager -- Manage the work of system/software engineers (more than 6 engineers) in the area of Flight Management System, Flight Control, and Engine FADEC Control; create project plans, delegate activities, review, approve design and changes, and report to client management; oversees technical work of requirements capture, system design (algorithm development), code implementation, and verification in adherence to DO-178B (Level A and B) guidelines for avionics systems; implement controls algorithms using MBD techniques. Position requires manager to have a thorough understanding of, and demonstrated experience in ALL the above technical tasks; will spend 60% of time managing people and accounting for schedules slips; remaining time spent performing technical tasks and oversight. Must have bachelor's degree in Engineering plus five years' experience including FMS and FADEC controllers; Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow/Real-Time Workshop, C/C++, ADA, Python, ARINC 429/661, BTU, HMATS, FIU, HAM.

  2) Senior Systems/Software Engineer: Design (algorithm development) and develop (code implement) full life-cycle software per DO-178B (Level A and B) standards for avionics systems; implement controls algorithms using MBD techniques. Must have bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field plus two years' experience including FMS and FADEC controllers; Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow/Real-Time Workshop, C/C++, ADA, Python, ARINC 429/661, BTU, HMATS, FIU, HAM.
